Development

First of all this was one of my favourite subject but I still encountered a lot of problems since I didn't know anything about coding, but after some practise and searching for different codes on Bootstrap and We3schools I got the idea of coding. Obviously I still encountered some other problems but with the help of the lecturer they were solved as well.  Obviously after finishing my website I realized that there were some things that could have been improved or changed, and I even noticed that I could have added extra things.  If I had more time I wanted to include more pages and I wanted to include the buy button when you click on an image that will take you directly to the shopping cart. Some withdraws I had were when I was linking the things on HTML to the CSS, since not everything was linking. Some other issues I encountered where when we had to insert our code in the validators. After doing the page I linked the other pages with the first one since they had the same layout. After I finished my homepage I moved to the next pages where I used a grid system to include 4 images near each other and I also included some dropdown buttons.

In my header when I included the navigation bar I had in mind that I do a dropdown menu when you hoover on a word to make it similar to the official Asos website.

Lesson 5:

On the 5th lesson we were told to plan out what we wanted to place into the website. This was part of the second task. In this task we had to create a style guide, sitemap and wireframes of the website. We had to chose the style of the website,  typefaces, colour palette and layout. I decided to choose the ASOS shopping website.  Once completing the sitemap of the website, I started redesigning the webpages themselves.    After completing the wireframes and the sitemap of the website, I had to create the style guide.
